1.1.1 Online Solution Services Limited trading as http://www.doctorchemist.co.uk (‘We/Us/Our’, other than where stated below) of 145-147 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PY, undertake to send the User (‘You/Your’), for a free online consultation with a UK GMC registered medical practitioner (‘the Doctor’) to deal with and treat Your medical problem (male pattern baldness/smoking cessation/influenza).
1.1.2 Such consultation and treatment are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.2 Theis website and the doctor consultation service are provided by Online Solution Services Limited trading as http://www.doctorchemist.co.uk. Prescriptions are dispensed and payment is taken by Pharmacy2U Limited.
3. Warranties by You
3.1 You warrant and undertake to fill in the consultation questionnaire contained in this website truthfully and honestly, revealing and disclosing all relevant information truthfully to the best of your knowledge.
3.2This Agreement becomes immediately void if You answer any question untruthfully.
3.3 In using this website you warrant and undertake that you are at least 18 years of age.
4 Warranties by Us
4.1 We warrant and undertake that your consultation questionnaire will only be viewed by the Doctor and his medical staff for the purpose of treating Your medical problem.
4.2 We warrant and undertake that any prescription that the Doctor may issue or any medicine he may prescribe is only filled by UK registered pharmacists.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 All material contained and presented on this website, including but not limited to text and graphics is Our copyright or similar rights, unless otherwise expressly stated.
2.2 We reserve all its rights and strictly forbid any unauthorised use or duplication. Any statutorily authorised rights to print or download are strictly limited for your sole personal use. No material, however, can be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
2.3 Any copies of the pages of this website which You save, by any means whatsoever can only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use.

5.2 We are legally only able to dispense medicines to You where we have received a valid prescription issued by a registered UK prescriber. Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the prescriber. We will fulfil Your order by dispensing the valid prescription. Any charge made to You is a charge made for dispensing Your prescription.
5.3 If you are ordering from outside the UK, it is your responsibility for ensuring that dispensing, receipt and use of the medicine prescribed complies with your local laws. Due to FDA regulations, it is our policy not to dispense prescriptions for supply to the USA.
5.4 Pharmacy2U Limited and/or Online Solution Services Limited trading as http://www.doctorchemist.co.uk are not responsible for failure of third party companies to deliver medicines to the correct address or within any particular time or date. You are responsible for signing for packages containing medicines but any signature provided by third parties at the delivery address given by yourself will be deemed to be receipt of the medicines and fulfillment of Pharmacy2U Limited's and/or Online Solution Services Limited trading as http://www.doctorchemist.co.uk's obligations in dispensing that prescription.
5.5 We will fulfil your order by dispensing a valid prescription written for you by the registered doctor. Any charge made to you is a charge made for dispensing your prescription and the charge will be made by us and appear on your statement as 'Pharmacy2U Limited'.
5.6 You are responsible for providing valid credit or debit card details which may be charged if you are not exempt from payment. We reserve the right to not deliver medicines to you if your payment details have expired or are invalid in any way. In such cases We will attempt to contact You to enable You to provide updated information to allow us to dispense the prescription.
5.7 If your prescription medicines appear to be damaged or if the delivery appears to be wrong then please contact us on 0845 803 9033 or or +44 113 265 0222. We will make every effort to replace any damaged products. Please note that We are unable to accept returns or cancellations of prescription products which you have decided you no longer wish to keep.
