Cancellations, Refunds and Returns Policy

DoctorChemist.co.uk is committed to providing quality products that meet your needs.

All prescribed medicines will by supplied and filled by a UK registered pharmacist, pursuant to a prescription issued by a GMC registered medical practitioner. Full details of both the doctor and pharmacy used for your treatment are available upon written request.

In the unlikely event, of the pharmacy running out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances, DoctorChemist.co.uk will contact the patient within 24 hours and will advise the date of dispatch in the future. In these circumstances, as the pharmacy has to order the medication, no refunds are permitted. The delay is usually a few days maximum

Refunds

Refunds where necessary take between 3 and 5 days to be recredited to your bank.
