Delivery Policy
United Kingdom (including Northen Ireland)
All prescription medication is dispatched from our UK registered pharmacy on presentation of a prescription signed by a UK General Medical Council General Practioner.
We deliever all prescription orders free of charge, if ordered by 4pm, your order is guaranteed for next day delivery when dispatched from the pharmacy. The delivery includes packaging, handling and delivery insurance, in addition to postal costs, which we pay to Royal Mail on your behalf. Prescription orders are delivered free of charge.
Royal Mail and Business Post handle all our deliveries. All orders containing medicines require a signature on delivery. All deliveries must be signed for by the person who has had the free online consultation with the General Practioner. Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us.
In the unlikely event that the pharmacy runs out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances, we will email all customers with 24 hours and advise a definitive date for dispatch as soon as that date is available.
